  1. Peel and wash the potatoes, and cut them into small cubes.
  2. Evenly spread the vegetables over a microwave-safe baking dish.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of water per 100 g of food, and cover the baking dish with a lid.
  4. After the program, mix the vegetables and season with salt to taste. Before serving, leave the vegetables to rest for two to three minutes until the heat is evenly distributed.
