Приготовление

  1. Preparation: Wash the meat and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Rub with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Coat the meat with oil, honey, and whole grain mustard, wrap in cling film, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  3. Half an hour before cooking, remove the marinated meat from the refrigerator and let it warm to room temperature.
  4. Place it onto a greased baking equipment and place it in the oven.
  5. After cooking, cover the meat with aluminium foil. Let it rest at room temperature for at least 5 minutes before serving.
